“We’re now in phase three of private credit, which is everyone understands that it’s more than just direct lending, and they want to diversify within the asset class.”
In a recent conversation with Brandon Sedloff for The Distribution by Juniper Square filmed at IPEM in Paris, Allison Davi, Co-COO of BSP, discussed how investor demand is growing but evolving across alternative credit.
As investors look beyond traditional direct lending, Allison highlighted more interest in areas including asset-backed finance, real estate debt, CLOs, and other strategies that provide differentiated sources of credit exposure.
She also discussed BSP’s development into a nearly $100 billion alternative credit platform working with Franklin Templeton, the firm’s approach to AI, and the opportunities ahead as private credit continues to grow and mature.
