PEI Group’s annual Women of Influence in Private Markets report highlights the insights and achievements of senior women leaders across the alternatives industry. This year’s list recognizes 42 professionals across private equity, venture capital, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and other areas of private markets.

As Co-Chief Operating Officer of BSP, Allison applies her extensive capital markets experience to the strategic direction and continued growth of the firm. In addition to overseeing BSP’s business development, legal, responsible investing, communications and portfolio analytics functions, she has played an important role in the growth of Franklin Templeton’s broader private markets business, including advising on its acquisition of European direct lender Apera Asset Management.
Allison is also a founding member of the Women in Private Credit industry group.
