BSP’s Structured Credit platform was incepted in 2009 and invests in third-party CLO tranches of both U.S. and European CLOs from AAAs down to CLO equity and warehouse across a range of funds and managed accounts.

This opportunistic strategy invests predominantly in third-party CLO equity, warehouse and mezzanine tranches. This strategy shifts seamlessly between CLO primary and secondary markets, equity and debt tranches and U.S. and Europe to identify compelling relative value. We also have dedicated third party CLO mezzanine and CLO investment grade strategies which have the flexibility to invest across U.S. and Europe in both primary and secondary markets.

We bring a long track record of investing in CLO tranches, a large, dedicated team focused exclusively on the asset class, and a quantitative, research-driven process. The platform leverages BSP’s broader experience across senior loans, high yield, and special situations to inform collateral assumptions. For clients, the combination of cross-region flexibility, focus on CLOs, and ability to allocate across the capital structure is intended to provide specialized access to a large and established segment of the structured credit market.
