Roger Lawrence

Roger Lawrence is a Managing Director with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our London office. He is responsible for all legal matters across Special Situations and Liquid Credit Strategies.

Prior to joining BSP in 2019, Mr. Lawrence was in the restructuring team at Herbert Smith Freehills. Before that, he was in the legal team at Freshfields.

Mr. Lawrence received a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and completed his legal studies at BPP University’s Law School. He also holds an MBA, a Legal Practice Certificate and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law.
