Larry Zimmerman is a Managing Director and Co-Head of US Direct Lending Origination with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

Prior to joining BSP in 2017, Mr. Zimmerman was Head of Financial Sponsor Coverage at Piper Jaffray & Co. Before that, he was Global Co-Head of Industrials at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Zimmerman received a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
