Joanna Layton

Joanna Layton is a Managing Director and the Co-Head of European Direct Lending with Benefit Street Partners, based in our London office. She serves as a Portfolio Manager for the European Direct Lending strategy.

Prior to joining BSP in 2005, Ms. Layton was Associate Director in GE Commercial Finance’s Leveraged Finance business. Before that, she was an analyst in Mizuho Corporate Bank’s leveraged finance credit team.

Ms. Layton received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester.
