Jacob Breinholt

Jacob Breinholt is a Director and Counsel with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

Prior to joining BSP in 2016, Mr. Breinholt was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Realty Finance Trust. Before that, he was a Compliance Officer at Brookfield Asset Management.

Mr. Breinholt received a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah.
