Benefit Street Partners (BSP) is honored to have been picked as 2025’s Real Estate Debt Manager of the Year, Americas in the annual awards published by Private Debt Investor (PDI).
In a year of market volatility, BSP’s real estate strategy expanded market share in the US, while maintaining a disciplined and conservative credit profile focused primarily on multifamily opportunities.
Last year, BSP originated nearly $9 billion of real estate investments and executed $2 billion of commercial real estate CLO financing, supporting continued growth across the platform. The firm also announced the oversubscribed final close of BSP Real Estate Opportunistic Debt Fund II in late 2025, which raised $10 billion of investable capital, inclusive of related vehicles and anticipated leverage, with $3 billion of equity commitments.
