Prior to joining BSP in 2024, Mr. Koonadi was a research analyst for Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Koonadi received a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a Bachelor of Arts from the Indian Institute of Management Indore.
