Rick Gallo Esq

Rick Gallo is a Managing Director, US Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Regulatory Counsel with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our West Palm Beach office.

Prior to joining BSP in 2017, Mr. Gallo served as counsel of regulatory and corporate compliance at Mitsubishi Trust and Bank and HSBC Bank.

Mr. Gallo received a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
