Richa Tandon

Richa Tandon is a Managing Director and Co-Head of US Direct Lending Origination with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

Prior to joining BSP in 2014, Ms. Tandon worked in Private Equity at Trilantic Capital Partners. Before that, she worked in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Tandon received a Bachelor of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
