Ray Costa

Ray Costa is a Managing Director, Head of US Special Situations, and Portfolio Manager with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

Prior to joining BSP in 2014, Mr. Costa was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he was Global Head of Special Situations and Co-Head of Credit Fixed Income Trading for North America. Before that, he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation.

Mr. Costa received a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany.
