Faiyaz Rafik is a Director with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

Prior to joining BSP in 2024, Mr. Rafik oversaw the management company reporting team at L Catterton. Before that, he led various Assurance and Consulting teams at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Rafik received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota.
